According to Alan Lakein – Planning is bringing the future into the present so that you can do something about it now. We all know the importance of defining clear objectives, milestones and end goals. Despite that we tend to be much more reactive then proactive in our activities.

In this talk Joel Goobich inspires his audience to think differently about strategy and how to tackle both short-term and long-term projects.
