Advisory Philosophy
It is not easy to step outside your current position and view things from a different perspective without the blinders of preconceived bias. It is exactly those challenges that business owners, management and leaders face that I help with in my advisory sessions.
I have an the ability to see beyond the ‘four walls’ that limit our vision of the entire business landscape. I paint on a much broader canvas. A bigger picture. In fact, that’s why I named my business consultancy company, Big Picture Advisors.
My passion is for strategic thinking and planning. I utilize the business tools I’ve developed such as The Leverage Prism, The DOIT Leverage Method and the Big Picture Methodology Circle in my work with organizations, from well funded startups, small and medium size businesses and enterprise level companies.
My advising focuses on exploring all resources, assets and opportunities in order to find the leverage that can be exploited and then developing the actionable roadmaps to achieve more impactful results.
